TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Stock and Availability:
Finishes, brands, and sizes may vary based on stock availability. Large quantity orders will, where possible, come from the same batch.
Check stock quantity and finishes at the time of ordering.
Ordering and Refunds:
Button components are sold in quantities of 1000 only.
No refunds are available for components or die sets. Use our sample and swatch service to verify compatibility with your equipment before purchase.
We do not provide or send out samples of our jeans buttons, rivets, eyelets or press studs. Sampling will be completed at the specified rates.
Delivery:
Delivery times depend on stock availability. In-stock items may be dispatched within the same working week. Custom orders and large quantities will have longer lead times. We will provide estimated lead times upon enquiry.
High-Risk Garments:
We do not buttonhole leather, knit, pleather, PVC/plastic finishes, jersey, or stretch fabrics.
We do not button cover using PVC or plastic finishes. Coverage may also be unavailable for leather, pleather, piped lace, brocade, unstabilized jersey, knit, or other stretch fabrics.
Jeans buttons and rivets may not be suitable for stretch fabrics and some plastic non-wovens.
Garment Preparation:
Garments must be free of pins; we are not liable for any damage or blood stains caused by pin negligence. A £250 damage charge may apply.
Ensure accurate marking of buttonhole placements. If markings are incorrect or the fabric is unpredictable, we may not cut the buttonholes and may return the garments unfinished, possibly incurring additional charges.
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who do not follow preparation instructions, with returns of unfinished items at the customer’s cost.
Postal Procedures:
Our postal services use local Post Office, special delivery for items under 1kg, and courier services for items over 1kg. Costs are based on size, weight, and content.
We are not responsible for packages that we receive inadequately packed or sent via untracked postage.
Self-addressed envelopes for return postage are not accepted.
Cufflink Care:
Avoid using chemicals or abrasive surfaces to clean cufflinks, as this may damage the finish.
Tarnishing may occur on silver-plated backs if unworn; polish or buff them as you would other silver jewellery.
